You’ve read every forum, watched every before and after, and you still haven’t booked. That’s not indecision. That’s you being careful. Watch this, then speak directly to the surgeon who would actually be doing the work.

Free. No sales team. You speak to Dr Shah.
Practising in London and Kent.
Before focusing on hair restoration, Dr Shah trained in ENT surgery. Before that, in trauma and orthopaedics, and in upper GI and hepatobiliary surgery. He mentions it only because it is exactly what a careful patient wants to know: who is actually holding the instrument.
He trained specifically in hair restoration through the London Hair Restoration Academy, has worked on Harley Street, published in international journals and picked up national awards along the way.
“When you book with me, I’m the one doing the surgery. Start to finish.”
One patient a day. Not ten spread across a room of technicians.
It is the four questions underneath. Here they are, answered properly.
The procedure is a single day. Most professional men are back at a desk within a few days.
No. Back to proper training inside two to three weeks.
Every result on this page is a patient Dr Shah stood in the room for. Unedited, consented, photographed on an ordinary day.
Yes. The person who plans your procedure is the person who performs it. There is no sales team to get past.
Not a photo taken at the best possible moment. Just what it looks like now, on an ordinary day.
“He’d put it off for over a year because he assumed it meant a month out of his life.”
Mid thirties, desk job, trained five days a week. It didn’t cost him a month. One day in surgery, a week of taking it easy, back in the gym inside three weeks. Six months on, the result had settled in and filled out.
“He’d shopped around for over a year. Clinics here, clinics abroad.”
He had done the reading properly. What won him over wasn’t a discount or a sales pitch. It was that the same person who planned the procedure was the one who performed it, and that it fit around a job with no room for a fortnight off. That isn’t a coincidence. That’s the whole model.
A few clear shots of your hairline and crown. That is all Dr Shah needs to give you a straight answer.
Whether you’re a good candidate, and what is realistic for you. Directly from Dr Shah. Not a consultant, not a coordinator.
Local anaesthetic, one surgeon, one patient. You go home the same day.
Shedding in the first few weeks is expected. Most patients see visible results within six to twelve months.
Discounts are for volume, and volume is the wrong goal here. Dr Shah sees one patient a day, so there is no incentive to rush the part that decides your result. The price reflects a full day, one surgeon, and full accountability for the outcome. Not a number anyone is trying to hit.
“I decided to get a hair transplant because the front of my hair was receding, and I was referred to Dr Shah through a third party. From the first conversation I had with him, he was excellent. He made me feel completely at ease.”
“The experience from start to finish was excellent. The consultation was clear, honest, and set realistic expectations from the outset.”
“I recently had a hair transplant and honestly could not be happier with the entire experience and the results so far. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable.”
It depends on the extent of your hair loss and the type of procedure recommended. FUE procedures can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day. FUT procedures take several hours. Eyebrow and facial hair restoration take a full day, because of the meticulous nature of graft placing.
Dr Shah ensures patients are kept comfortable throughout. To carry out the procedure safely we block the nerve supply to certain parts of the scalp, using literature backed formulations of local anaesthetic.
It takes several months for transplanted hair to grow in fully, and you may experience shedding in the first few weeks. Most patients see visible results within six to twelve months.
Yes. Donor hair is usually taken from the back of the head, which is not generally prone to the DHT driven loss seen in male pattern baldness, so we expect those hairs to last. A healthy diet and lifestyle help their longevity.
Yes. Dr Shah has performed numerous female hair and eyebrow restoration procedures. Your individual case is assessed to determine the right treatment plan.
No. The clinic is doctor led with no salesmen. You have direct contact with Dr Shah from start to finish, including by WhatsApp.
Book a 30 minute consultation directly with Dr Shah. Bring a few clear photos of your hairline and crown and he will tell you honestly whether you’re a good candidate and what is realistic for you. No sales pitch, no call centre.
